We formed Wichita Hearts for Healers to let Wichita's healthcare workers know that we appreciate them, that we value their sacrifice, and are beyond grateful that they continue to care for us and our families.
Messages of Gratitude
The messages on this website are from everyday ordinary Wichitans who want to express their gratitude to our community's medical community.
The messages on the "General Messages" page are messages from families and adults.
The messages on the "Children's Messages" page are crafted by children, either in school or with their families.
If you have not submitted a message of gratitude, you may do so using the "Send Your Message" page.
We are sharing this website link with healthcare workers through their employers so that the medical community can read the messages anytime and anywhere they like. Messages are also being shared on our Facebook page.
Other ways to help
In addition to messages, Wichita Hearts for Healers has several other ways we're supporting healthcare workers, and we'd love your ideas, too. We've designed a Wichita heart flag symbolizing that Wichita's area medical community is on our hearts. We have window clings for businesses and stickers for anyone so that everyone can show their support and gratitude. We table at events and present to the community about the opportunity to support Wichita's healthcare community. Find out more about our plans and how you can help on our How to Help page.
